The "Counter-Cultural" Career Change Programme

  • The 4C Programme is a closed group programme which uses the "Counter-Cultural Method". You'll get both 1:1 tailored care and peer support

  • Group size is limited to 6 max per cohort

  • Includes 6 x 1-hour 1:1 Coaching Sessions (valued at £1200), 3 x Group Coaching Workshops and 3 x Career Group Clinics (optional)

  • Optional 2-hours CV and/or interview prep session (valued at £300)

  • All of this within 3 months with free check-in after 3 months

  • Ad-hoc WhatsApp support​​​​​

The Career Accelerator 1:1 Programme

  • 6 x 1-hour 1:1 Coaching Sessions with content from the Group Programme

  • ​Use within 4 months

  • Content can be flexed according to your needs

The "Flexi 1:1" Package

  • 6 hours of 1:1 coaching across the year

  • You can use this in any way e.g. having 2 hours in a month, 2 x 1h each month, or having 4 x 30mins - each session will be timed so you know what’s left

  • 1:1 WhatsApp support in between sessions

  • Added to our coaching WhatsApp community

  • Free access to events

  • Optional “add-on”: 2-hour CV review or interview prep session (+£100, valued at £300 for two hours
