1:1 Coaching Programmes

• The 4C Programme includes 6 x 1:1 sessions for career changers or those who feel stuck in their jobs

• This is a 3-month programme, with fortnightly 1-hour sessions

• We will discuss a defined topic in each session according to the "Counter-Cultural Method". A small amount of pre-work is required prior to each session

• Access to the Cultural  Orientations Framework (COF) online tool and report is included in this package

• Expect:

  • ​Increased clarity on your career change

  • Greater awareness of your cultural orientations, preferences and gifts

  • Revelations on your limiting beliefs

  • Understanding of your identity intersections

  • Plan of action to start, change course, or continue with your transition​​

• This is for you if you are looking for flexibility in terms of timing, duration and areas to discuss within the coaching sessions

• Operates similarly to a monthly membership

• You will have ​6 hours of 1:1 coaching across the year

• You can use this in any way e.g. having 2 hours in a month, 2 x 1h each month, or having 4 x 30mins - each session will be timed so you know what’s left

• Expect:

  • ​​Complete flexibility to discuss what you see as urgent and important

  • Continuous support through the year whenever you need it

  • ​Increased clarity in your career path

  • Understanding of your thought and feeling patterns​

  • Plan of action on whatever your career goals might be​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• Add a 2-hour CV review or interview prep session for £100, (valued at £300)​

• Add the workshop pass - attend three workshops and three clinics at half price, £200 (valued at £399)
